- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't know who this Jane Doe is or why she is dissing Ridge Family Practice, I have had nothing but great and courteous service there. I recently had an emergency and Dr Kay made time in her busy schedule to get me in and get things under control. I have never seen any disorganization among the front staff or the physicians or PA's.
