- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This post is in response to the post by Candace Matheis. I was asked to fraudulently back date a government form by the patient, which broke the trust I had in the patient. I also caught her lying to me during the appointment. Since I was asked to commit fraud and could not trust the patient, I sent her back to her dentist for further treatment. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Bouska is an excellent caregiver. Very patient and compassionate, and he went out of his way to explain my diagnosis and answer all of my questions. Excellent facility with modern equipment and a courteous and caring staff. I hope not to visit again, because I'm hoping not to have anymore gum issues.
